The Writers Lab & Get It Made presents: “The First 5 Pages”
Join co-founders Elizabeth Kaiden and Nitza Wilon as they workshop the selected screenplays and work interactively with the writers.
Everyone will benefit from attending the workshop. All participants will learn the key principles of screenwriting and how it can be applied to a Proof of Concept script.

Know why YOU are writing THIS story and what it is about for you.
Introducing the main character(s)
Clarify the world, genre and tone of the story
Indicate the theme or message (Good vs. Evil, Man vs. Nature, etc.)
Intrigue (or tension) and Concept satisfaction (reader investment)
