Get It Made Screenwriting Series is a production-based webinar (6 sessions total).

This series will help inform your feature or pilot screenplay writing as well as how to develop a Proof of Concept script.

TOPIC GUIDE

The importance of basic formatting as well as how to create solid characters and realistic dialogue.

  • September: Standard Formatting

  • October: Characters/Dialogue

What is Concept Satisfaction and how to create Intrigue? A Proof of Concept should answer What if? Why here? Why now? and then formulate answers that are both satisfying and unexpected.

  • November: Concept Satisfaction

  • December: Intrigue

Learn how the setting really impacts a scene and the cost implications of every choice you make.

  • January - Setting

  • February - Production Viability

Sessions begin in September and will continue once a month through February 2023.

There is no fee to submit or attend.

In order to join the series, you’ll submit a logline and writing sample to become eligible for the event. Space is limited.
